Nterlace Solutions is a static website. There is no user account, no login, no ad network, and no analytics script. This page explains the few places data does change hands.
Only two things, and only when you hand them over:
Browsing the site otherwise leaves nothing behind with us. We do not ask for your name, location, phone number, or payment details.
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, tracking pixels, session recording, or advertising tags. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
If you subscribe, we use your email address for one purpose: sending the Nterlace brief. We do not sell, rent, or trade the list, and we do not share it with advertisers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list. You can also ask us to delete your address at any time using the contact address below.
If we deliver the newsletter through an email service provider, that provider processes your address on our behalf and under its own privacy terms.
Our products are sold and delivered by Gumroad, not by this site. When you click through to buy, checkout, payment, delivery, and receipts all happen on Gumroad's systems. We never see or store your card number. Gumroad's handling of your data is governed byGumroad's privacy policy.
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Those programs typically use their own referral cookies and tracking, set on their sites after you leave ours.
We also link out to news sources and to sites in our network. Once you follow a link off this site, the destination's privacy policy applies, not ours.
Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete yours. Server logs are retained by our host on their normal rotation and are not archived by us.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. Since the only thing we hold is an email address you gave us, in practice this means: ask and we will tell you what we have, or delete it. Email oc@nterlace.com and we will respond.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has subscribed, contact us and we will remove the address.
If our data practices change — new analytics, a different newsletter provider, anything else worth knowing — we will update this page and move the date at the top.
